Blepharoplasty

As we age, it is possible that we may develop excess skin and tissue on both our upper and lower eye lids.  This excess and droopy skin can be treated with a procedure known as blepharoplasty surgery. This procedure removes excess skin and tissue and restores the aesthetic characteristics of the eyelid.

Brow & Forehead Lift

This is a relatively simple surgical procedure that adjusts the tissues and muscles of the forehead.  This is done to create the desired ‘lifted’ effect that can reduce the effects of aging.  Sometimes this procedure can be done endoscopically which reduces incisions and hides scars behind the hairline.  Many patients choose these procedures to improve a furrowed brow, brow asymmetry, frown lines and drooping brows.

Brow Suspension

For more moderate aging concerns, a brow suspension is an even less invasive alternative to endoscopic brow lift surgery.  It is also chosen to lift and contour the brows.

Browpexy (Brow Asymmetry)

A Browpexy is actually the combination of two surgical procedures, a brow lift and an eyelift or blepharoplasty.  Concerns such as heavy, falling eyelids and the position of the brow are addressed in the same surgery.  This eliminates the preparation and recovery from an additional surgical procedure.

Facelift

This popular procedure is known as rhytidectomy and it is a surgical procedure that improves visible signs of aging in the face and neck.  Typically, it is aimed at reducing sagging skin, creases and other effects of aging.  Modern facelifts typically combine a number of surgical techniques to create the most natural looking outcomes.

Necklift

The skin on the neck ages faster than facial skin because it’s thinner and less elastic. A Platysmaplasty as a neck lift is formally known, combines a series of treatments that reduce unsightliness that may be caused by wrinkles, loose skin, bands, wattle and double chins.

Rhinoplasty & Septorplasty

A nose job, or rhinoplasty, is a surgical treatment that is used for both cosmetic and medical concerns. The most common medical concern is airway flow and function.  Cosmetically, it is used to improve the shape and appearance of your nose.  Septorhinoplasty is a surgical procedure designed to correct a deviated septum.  These two procedures can be combined.

Otoplasty

Otoplasty is a surgical procedure more commonly known as ear pinning.  It is designed to address large, loose earlobes often caused by aging, and protruding ears.

Facial Implants

Facial implants are made of specially designed materials that are compatible with human tissue.  They are surgically implanted into a variety of areas on your face to improve facial contours and to enhance certain facial features. The implants that will be chosen will depend on the outcome most important to you, and the advice and knowledge of your surgeon.  Most implants are focused on improving the appearance of your cheeks, chin and jaw.
